This is a great crossover product for those wanting to try a Rye whiskey. Our Royall Rye is a hybrid with a 65% rye mash bill combined with a 30% wheat to provide the spice of the rye on the front end of the pallet but finishes with a smooth bourbon flavor. We blend these Straight American Whiskies and age them a little longer in new charred oak barrels to bring out a true toasted barrel finish. Tasting notes are toasted oak, molasses, roasted nuts, vanilla finished with a sweet rye spice. Offered in a 750 ml bottle at 90 proof.
The whiskey is aged in hand selected barrels that have been aged no less than 3 years.
