Reserve Bourbon

Our Reserve Bourbon was distilled using traditional pot still methods, using fresh grains from the oldest working farm in the United States! Our proprietary blend of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley gives this bourbon a rich and satisfying taste. Our malted barley is malted especially for us in Charlottesville VA using a Carmel Munich malted grain. This Reserve Bourbon is very special to us, so we do not cut any corners.

We use only purified Virginia water to cut this spirt down to 120 proof while it is stored in fresh, 53 gallon, newly charred oak barrels harvested from the Appalachian Mountains! We then store our bourbon in our rick house for 3 to 5 years. Each barrel is then hand selected based on our Master Distiller’s flavor profile and never bottled before its ready.

Our bourbon is never chill filtered and NO additives other than pure Virginia water are used.
